Entry Info: All entries will be submitted on-line through Racewire. Entries will close on Sunday, October 1, 2014 at 5:00 pm
Entry Fee: $10.00 per athlete. We strongly encourage parents to register their children, not the coaches.

Timing: All Timing will be done electronically with BiB numbers with chips installed on the back. Please do not remove or alter the numbers whatsoever. Timing is being performed by Racewire.com
Meet Rules: Guidelines provided by the National Federation of State High School Associations rule book. Please note in particular the articles dealing with uniforms, jewelry, and unsportsmanlike conduct. Coaches and other non-competitors are urged to stay off the runners’ path in the woods. No bikes or other vehicles are permitted.
Parking: Plenty of insite parking at Wrentham Developmental Center. Please nobody drive or walk through anywhere other than the main cross-country course. There is absolutley no reason to enter any building on the property.
Facilities:
Bathrooms and food concession available. T-shirts will be sold at the meet. No lockers or showers available at race site. Team tents/canopies permitted.
Schedule:
All races will start on time. Please limit entries to those athletes who can finish within the allotted time for each race.

10:25 Race 2 7th Grade Boys
10:50 Race 3 6th Grade Girls
11:15 Race 4 6th Grade Boys
11:40 Race 5 8th Grade Girls
11:55 Race 6 8th Grade Boys
Awards:
Individual awards for the places 1-30 in each race will be distributed in the chute. The top teams in each race will receive a team award.
